Anxiety and anger may pose lots of trouble in one’s life.

A few months ago, I had an idea for a powerful tool against anxiety and anger.

But let me talk about an acupoint called Yintang (EX-HN 3) in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

I saw multiple people I know trying to ease their anxiety by running their hands on their foreheads. It is a very personal idea but in my opinion, they are just dispersing the negative energy that accumulates there.

The acupoint called Yintang (EX-HN 3) is located between the eyebrows and I, again personally, believe that the negative energy present there must be guided to the eyes, properly downward.

In my opinion, that point is like the dumpsite of our brains. Imagine the unwanted things that will happen if we fail to throw away our waste. So, if the negative energy stuck in the acupoint Yintang is not guided downward toward the eyes properly, it may discharge itself in the form of unnecessary and unwanted crying or anger.

I went to the shops to find a bandana to develop a technique for simplifying my Yintang practice, but I couldn’t find one. However, I found a beautiful elastic thing and made a bandana for my forehead that you can see in the photo on the right! I placed an object on the Yintang spot from above to push the negative energy downward.  It can be any object that can guide the negative energy to the eyes. Even wearing the bandana back to front and using the knot is OK. I tried it.

So, simply make a bandana for yourself and let it do the cleaning job for a while, like fifteen minutes or as long as your mind is wild.
