If you are also an energy worker, you may want to learn about the things our solar plexus energy can do.
Our solar plexus area, which is situated below our heart area and above our belly button, offers lots of things to explore and discover.
First of all, it harbors a significant amount of energy and it is said that our emotions are born there.
Our solar plexus area also has to do with other chakras and balancing them all together is important in view of energy use and could be important in terms of regulating our lives.
In this demonstration, I entered the area around the money. If you carefully scrutinize the video, you can see that when I brought my solar plexus area closer to it, it started to move backward, and I pulled it toward me.
This exercise is actually not very difficult and I believe everyone can do it with practice.
It is possible to pull heavier objects as well. I will publish another video pulling a notebook and put some tutorials for teaching it.
Meditation, concentration, and intention-setting will greatly help.
If you are doing the practice called qigong, which is one of my regular and favorite practices, or taichi, or similar practices that reveal our bioenergy, you may find it easier to do such demonstrations.
