Total Holistic Self-Clean-up

We like cleaning, for sure. It always removes negative energies and replaces them with positive ones. It may make us feel good, particularly when done consciously. Please see one of our articles titled “A Simple Method of Feeling Good” here.

We will mention three self-cleaning ways here in view of our holistic approach. We will mention them starting from the most well-known to the least.

1- External self-cleaning

As you know, the majority of beings are naturally equipped with means and mental structure when it comes to self-cleaning. Therefore, I will not pore them over and prolong the subject here.

2- Internal self-cleaning

Luckily, I was born in a family that leads an eco-friendly and holistic life. Despite the advanced ages of my parents (father is in the 80s mother in the 70s), they seem to be healthy and energetic.

What they do is they always clean the inside of their body in the morning with some herbal teas, salads, and other means.

Fortunately, science has recently started to give credit to preventive health and the number of people hating natural holistic solutions is getting less and less. 

3- Emotional self-cleaning

This may be unknown to many people. Starting from our birth, we gather or establish various emotions and the negative ones pile up in various parts of our body. They are just like dust and dirt, which could cause the occurrence of lots of rubbish in the course of time. 

Let us call them emotional debris, many external things accumulated in our body and posing difficulties in our lives.

The worse case is we may identify ourselves with them. For example, a past event may suddenly emerge in our mind, sometimes in its anniversaries. It is of course not there and simply an illusion as the impact of the event has long gone. The debris of that event accumulated in our minds may still be troubling us. 

The worst case may be the inclusion of our false identification into our actions like rudeness, bad behavior, tyrannizing, or socially unacceptable and unethical approaches to life. 

Therefore, it is necessary to clean up our emotions until feel love towards all others and all we have.

There are many ways to do it. You can just search for how you can clear your mind. It is easy.

Please do not live with the burden of accumulated external fats, chemicals, and emotions on and in your body and continue your life with the things that are in your true essence and nature.

Purification of our emotional and physical body is always the priority to be happy, healthy, painless, and walking toward enlightenment merrily.
