Here is your vibration meter from Qigong

There are times we feel bad or think that something is not going well. As everything is a form of energy, those feelings are also energy and usually come from lower energies around the world. 

Persons with high-level vibration are affected by those energies. 

All illnesses are also related to energy. The culmination of your vibration with things like music, dance, harmonious partner, etc. will keep your health and wellbeing at higher levels.

If you are not usually, content, joyful, peaceful, willing, loving, free, which means happy, your level of vibration may be low.

How to understand it?

We like to combine things from various disciplines and practices. Here we will use the method shown by Master Chunyi Lin and your mind’s ability to understand vibration toward wellbeing.

Method of your vibration meter:

1- Just bring together the tips of your index finger and thumb. 

2- When practicing Qigong, focusing the attention on the inner body of the person may yield more benefits. Do so now.

3- Gently press the two fingers and feel the energy becoming more apparent from within you. If you feel like something inside you is rising above, you have been at a low vibration level. If nothing happens, your vibration level has been good.

4- By pressing more, you can rise it even further. Use it as a button to adjust your vibration level. In case of emergency, like an anxiety attack, which hits you into lower levels of energy, you can immediately bring the fingertips, adjust your vibration, and wait for the impact to pass before using your regular treatment.

5- Mentally extend your thanks to your hands and fingers if you want.
