Light is usually a way of life for people who consider themselves spiritual rather than materialistic. 

Regardless of your background in terms of belief, light can be in your life, bringing you many benefits, including the protection of yourself and your loved ones. Please search for how you can use light.

If you are not spiritual and consider yourself religious, please know that religions also include light. For example, Wes Nisker mentions in his amazingly great book “Buddha’s Nature: A Practical Guide to Enlightenment Through Evolution” that he was told by Buddhist masters to breathe light in and anger and hatred out, or drive all negative energies of the world and clean them within, when he was a young seeker in the east.

Know that many other religions like Islam and Christianity have lots of references to light in theory and practice.
